These terms apply to every registration for the 2nd KPNP CUP Taekwondo Championship (“the championship”): clubs, athletes, senior teams and referee applications. The person who submits a registration confirms that they have read and accepted these terms on behalf of everyone included in it.
1. Terms of Service
1.1 Organisation. The championship is run by its Organising Committee (OC). Registration and payment on this website are handled by Serjacko.
1.2 Rules. The championship is held under the World Taekwondo (WT) competition rules, the regulations of the Egyptian Taekwondo Federation (ETF) and the championship outline. The outline (English and Arabic) is part of these terms.
1.3 Correct information. Every registration must be correct and complete: names exactly as on the ID, date of birth, belt, License Number (WT GMS), photo and medical report. An entry with false or incorrect information may be removed from the championship without a refund.
1.4 Categories: no moving between categories. Each athlete competes only in the category they are registered in (event, age division, belt level, sex and weight category). No athlete will be moved to any other category: not before the championship, not at the weigh-in and not on competition day. An athlete who does not make the weight of their registered category at the official weigh-in is not moved to another category.
Any change to a registration goes only through the Organising Committee (OC), by a written request to info@serjacko.com. The OC decides on every request, and its decision is final.
1.5 Poomsae. The Poomsae to be performed in each level will be selected by the OC and announced later.
1.6 Places. Each category has a limited number of places. A place is confirmed only once the registration is paid in full; unpaid or failed registrations do not hold a place.
1.7 Health and safety. Every athlete must be medically fit to compete, as confirmed by the medical report uploaded with the registration. Athletes take part at their own risk; first-aid medical staff are present at the venue. For athletes under 18, the club registering them confirms that a parent or guardian has agreed to their participation.
1.8 Conduct. Athletes, coaches, team officials and supporters follow the rules and the instructions of the referees and the OC. Unsporting behaviour may lead to disqualification or removal from the venue, without a refund.
1.9 Schedule and changes. The OC may change the competition schedule, the order of events or other arrangements when needed. Changes are announced on serjacko.com and the official social media pages.
1.10 Photos and personal data. The championship is photographed and filmed; by registering, you agree that these images may be used for championship coverage and promotion. The personal data in a registration is used to run the championship (draws, accreditation cards, results) and may be shared with the ETF and the referees for that purpose only. It is never sold.

2. Payment Policy
2.1 Fees. Fees are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and are shown on the registration form before you pay: the club fee once per club (by club type; Club B is free), a fee per athlete per event, and a fee per senior team. Referee applications are free.
2.2 Online payment. Fees are paid online only, at the time of registration, through the secure Paymob payment gateway. Card details go directly to Paymob; this website never sees or stores them.
2.3 Confirmation. A registration is confirmed only after its payment succeeds; a confirmation email is then sent to the email address in the registration. If the payment is not completed in time, the registration is cancelled and its places are released.
2.4 Payment problems. Email info@serjacko.com with your registration reference.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 No refunds. All fees are non-refundable. Once paid, no amount is refunded for any reason, including withdrawal, absence, injury or illness, not making the weight, disqualification or a change of plans.
3.2 No transfers. An entry cannot be transferred to another athlete, category or club, except through the OC (see 1.4).
3.3 Double charges. If the same registration is charged twice because of a technical error, email info@serjacko.com with your registration reference; the duplicate charge is checked and returned.
Acceptance
By ticking “I have read and accept the Terms & Policies” on the registration form, you accept these terms. A registration cannot be sent without accepting them.

تسري هذه الشروط على كل تسجيل في بطولة KPNP CUP الثانية للتايكوندو («البطولة»): تسجيل الأندية واللاعبين وفرق الكبار وطلبات الحكام. ويؤكد الشخص الذي يقدّم التسجيل أنه قرأ هذه الشروط ووافق عليها نيابةً عن جميع المسجَّلين فيه.
1. شروط الخدمة
1.1 التنظيم. تُدار البطولة من خلال اللجنة المنظمة (OC). ويتم التسجيل والدفع على هذا الموقع عن طريق Serjacko.
1.2 القواعد. تُقام البطولة وفق قواعد المنافسات الخاصة بالاتحاد الدولي للتايكوندو (World Taekwondo) ولوائح الاتحاد المصري للتايكوندو ونشرة البطولة. وتُعد نشرة البطولة بنسختيها العربية والإنجليزية جزءًا من هذه الشروط.
1.3 صحة البيانات. يجب أن تكون بيانات كل تسجيل صحيحة وكاملة: الاسم كما هو في إثبات الشخصية تمامًا، وتاريخ الميلاد، والحزام، ورقم الترخيص (WT GMS)، والصورة الشخصية، والتقرير الطبي. ويجوز استبعاد أي مشاركة ببيانات غير صحيحة من البطولة دون استرداد الرسوم.
1.4 الفئات: لا نقل بين الفئات. يشارك كل لاعب فقط في الفئة التي سُجِّل فيها (المسابقة، والفئة العمرية، ومستوى الحزام، والجنس، وفئة الوزن). لن يتم نقل أي لاعب إلى أي فئة أخرى، لا قبل البطولة ولا عند الميزان ولا يوم المنافسة. واللاعب الذي لا يحقق وزن فئته المسجَّلة في الميزان الرسمي لا يُنقل إلى فئة أخرى.
أي تعديل على التسجيل يتم فقط من خلال اللجنة المنظمة (OC)، بطلب مكتوب يُرسل عبر البريد الإلكتروني:

وتبتّ اللجنة المنظمة في كل طلب، وقرارها نهائي.
1.5 البومزا. ستختار اللجنة المنظمة البومزا المطلوب أداؤه في كل مستوى، وسيتم الإعلان عنه لاحقًا.
1.6 الأماكن. لكل فئة عدد محدود من الأماكن. ولا يُثبَّت المكان إلا بعد سداد رسوم التسجيل بالكامل، والتسجيلات غير المدفوعة أو التي لم يكتمل دفعها لا تحجز أي مكان.
1.7 الصحة والسلامة. يجب أن يكون كل لاعب لائقًا طبيًا للمنافسة، وهو ما يؤكده التقرير الطبي المرفوع مع التسجيل. يشارك اللاعبون على مسؤوليتهم الخاصة، ويتوفر طاقم إسعافات أولية في مكان البطولة. وبالنسبة للاعبين الأقل من 18 عامًا، يؤكد النادي الذي يسجلهم موافقة ولي الأمر على مشاركتهم.
1.8 السلوك. يلتزم اللاعبون والمدربون وإداريو الفرق والجمهور بالقواعد وبتعليمات الحكام واللجنة المنظمة. وقد يؤدي السلوك غير الرياضي إلى الاستبعاد أو الإخراج من مكان البطولة دون استرداد الرسوم.
1.9 الجدول والتغييرات. يجوز للجنة المنظمة تعديل جدول المنافسات أو ترتيب المسابقات أو أي ترتيبات أخرى عند الحاجة، ويُعلن عن التغييرات على الموقع وعلى الصفحات الرسمية بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
1.10 الصور والبيانات الشخصية. يتم تصوير البطولة فوتوغرافيًا وبالفيديو، والتسجيل يعني الموافقة على استخدام هذه الصور في تغطية البطولة والترويج لها. وتُستخدم البيانات الشخصية الواردة في التسجيل لتنظيم البطولة (القرعة، وبطاقات الاعتماد، والنتائج)، ويجوز مشاركتها مع الاتحاد المصري للتايكوندو والحكام لهذا الغرض فقط، ولا تُباع لأي طرف.

2. سياسة الدفع
2.1 الرسوم. الرسوم بالجنيه المصري، وتظهر في استمارة التسجيل قبل الدفع: رسوم النادي مرة واحدة لكل نادٍ (حسب نوع النادي، والنادي B مجانًا)، ورسوم لكل لاعب عن كل مسابقة، ورسوم لكل فريق كبار. وطلبات الحكام مجانية.
2.2 الدفع الإلكتروني. يتم دفع الرسوم إلكترونيًا فقط وقت التسجيل، عبر بوابة الدفع الآمنة Paymob. وتُرسل بيانات البطاقة مباشرةً إلى بوابة الدفع، ولا يطّلع عليها هذا الموقع ولا يحتفظ بها.
2.3 التأكيد. لا يُؤكَّد التسجيل إلا بعد نجاح عملية الدفع، ثم يُرسل بريد تأكيد إلى البريد الإلكتروني المسجَّل. وإذا لم يكتمل الدفع في الوقت المحدد، يُلغى التسجيل وتُتاح أماكنه لغيره.
2.4 مشكلات الدفع. راسلنا مع ذكر الرقم المرجعي للتسجيل على:

3. سياسة الاسترداد
3.1 لا استرداد. جميع الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد. بعد الدفع لا يتم رد أي مبلغ لأي سبب، بما في ذلك الانسحاب أو الغياب أو الإصابة أو المرض أو عدم تحقيق الوزن أو الاستبعاد أو تغيير الخطط.
3.2 لا نقل للمشاركة. لا يجوز نقل المشاركة إلى لاعب أو فئة أو نادٍ آخر إلا من خلال اللجنة المنظمة (البند 1.4).
3.3 الخصم المكرر. إذا خُصم مبلغ التسجيل نفسه مرتين بسبب خطأ تقني، راسلنا مع ذكر الرقم المرجعي للتسجيل، وستتم مراجعة المبلغ المكرر ورده:
